How it works

We start with your context and outcomes, then move through a sequence of safe, ground-based activities with the horses. Each activity is followed by structured reflection and translation into workplace behaviours, decisions, and team agreements.

 

Horses bring something uniquely powerful to leadership development: they respond to what’s actually happening—not what we intend. Through non-verbal, in-the-moment feedback, they act as a mirror for presence, clarity, boundaries, trust and collaboration. This creates a rich environment for insight and self-awareness, helping leaders and teams notice patterns quickly and experiment with new ways of showing up.

 

The goal is simple: deepen understanding, shift behaviour in the moment, and apply those insights directly to leadership and team effectiveness.

 

This can be delivered as a standalone session, or integrated into Leadership Team Effectiveness or Strategic Facilitation & Advisory work.
